    Once you select an option and initiate the project, the real work begins. The planning phase is the phase where all the heavy lifting happens.

    Nnigma’s team lead will oversee the entire implementation phase, managing vendors and performing all testing and optimization tactics.

    Because the implementation phase is iterative, it is important to have project supervision from a specialized project manager who can spot holes quickly and keep the project on track and under budget.

    The Web is organic and dynamic. What is effective today may not always be effective tomorrow. In addition to our 30-day support period, customers may elect to purchase one of our extended maintenance and support packages.

    Nnigma consultants can also continue to work with you and your organization to measure the success of the project. We can provide a one-time evaluation or more regular quarterly reports, for example, to ensure that you are achieving your objectives, R.O.I. and are current with the latest technology.
