The process of building an effective Web Presence starts with an understanding of your core business.

Nnigma will not begin the implementation phase of a project without a thorough analysis of the client’s true business needs and clear definition of the goals and milestones that will define the success of the project.

We generally break our projects into 5 phases:

Assessment

The Current State Assessment is a complimentary service consisting of two parts: a client self-evaluation based on a detailed questionnaire and an interview.

As a result of this process, Nnigma will generate a proposal that will broadly define the scope of the entire project, with recommendations and options for project phases, timelines, and budget estimates.

Once you select an option and initiate the project, the real work begins. The planning phase is the phase where all the heavy lifting happens.

Whether it’s a short-term engagement or a multi-phase, multi-year project, we must jointly define guiding principles, the communication strategy, resource allocation and schedules.

During this phase, we also define the implementation strategy and hire vendors that will drive results in a cost effective way.

Nnigma will provide analysis to help you measure the success of your project on an ongoing basis and avoid unnecessary spending.

Nnigma’s team lead will oversee the entire implementation phase, managing vendors and performing all testing and optimization tactics.

Because the implementation phase is iterative, it is important to have project supervision from a specialized project manager who can spot holes quickly and keep the project on track and under budget.

All projects include a support phase where we transfer all project deliverables to the client and are available for knowledge transfer as required.

Nnigma also provides a technology guide as well as a 30-day support period to ensure that the technology and knowledge transfer is successful.

Maintenance Checklist

Maintenance

The Web is organic and dynamic. What is effective today may not always be effective tomorrow. In addition to our 30-day support period, customers may elect to purchase one of our extended maintenance and support packages.

These services are optional and are customizable by the client to provide an opportunity to get comfortable with the project before taking on full maintenance and support responsibilities.

Nnigma consultants can also continue to work with you and your organization to measure the success of the project. We can provide a one-time evaluation or more regular quarterly reports, for example, to ensure that you are achieving your objectives, R.O.I. and are current with the latest technology.
